State Rep. Natalie Manley provided this news release:

To inform her constituents about what is happening in Springfield, state Rep. Natalie Manley, D-Joliet, will be hosting a “Coffee and Conversation” on Saturday, April 25 from 9:00-10:00 am at the Panera Bread located at 1196 W. Boughton Rd. in Bolingbrook.

“When I am in the district I make it a priority to ensure that residents are aware of and understand what is happening at the capitol,” said Manley. “By sitting down with them over a cup of coffee I not only can provide them with an update on important legislative measures, but it also allows them the opportunity to ask questions and provide me with input about how I should vote on specific bills.”

Manley hosts a “Coffee and Conversation” once a month throughout the district along with other outreach events such as town halls and advisory committees. All events are free and open to the public.

“If you would like to have a better understanding about legislative developments and the ongoing debate over the state budget, I encourage you to attend this and any of my other events,” Manley added. “If you can’t make it this time, please feel free to contact my office about upcoming meetings so that I can make sure all of your questions and concerns are being addressed.”

For more information, or to RSVP, please contact Manley’s full-time constituent service office at 815-725-2741 or e-mail repmanley@gmail.com
