The Joliet City Council will decide Tuesday if it will proceed with the purchase of the Evergreen Terrace and may make a final decision on who they want to manage the property and oversee its redevelopment.

Councilman Jim McFarland is seeking the public's input before he makes his decision and is asking residents to complete on online survey. In it he asks such questions as what the poll-taker thinks the city making the purchase and what to do with it if they do.
