JOLIET

Julio C. Rodriguez, 33, 1407 Burry, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 1 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving when never issued a license, no insurance, transporting/carrying alcoholic liquor, failure to reduce speed and required position/method of turning.

Jeremy R. Hughes, 19, 133 S. Boulder Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Dec. 1 and charged with criminal trespass to property and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Matthew H. Rice, 33, 611 E. Cass, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Dec. 1 and charged with criminal trespass to property.

Randall J. Smith, 21, 1919 E. 171st Place, South Holland, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Dec. 1 and charged with obstructing identification and on a Will County warrant.

SHOREWOOD

Carmella Bolin, 20, 17643 S. Richmond, Plainfield, arrested by the Shorewood Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 2 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and a registration light violation.

NEW LENOX

Heather N. Walker, 29, 102 E. Odell St., Gardner, arrested by the New Lenox Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 1 on a charge of forgery.

BOLINGBROOK

Douglas P. Fagan, 19, 447 Yorkshire, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Bolingbrook Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 1 on two counts of domestic battery.

Devin Allen, 27, 250 Seabury Road, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Bolingbrook Police Department on Nov. 17 and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm and reckless conduct.

Edmund Wilson, 23, 453 Mallview Lane, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Bolingbrook Police Department on Nov. 17 and charged with trespass to property.

Elige Peters, 23, 270 Sioux Drive, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Bolingbrook Police Department on Nov. 18 and charged with resisting a peace officer.

Clarence Hankton, 43, 1434 Lakeview Drive, Darien, arrested by the Bolingbrook Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with theft.

Davion Perry, 27, 719 Westwind Drive, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Bolingbrook Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, no insurance and improper lane usage.

ROMEOVILLE

Michael J. Parker, 27, 216 Haller Ave., Romeoville, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 2 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, endangering the life/health of a child, failure to notify the state of a name/address change, expired registration and a headlight violation.

Erick Damaso, 20, 108 Park Court, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 21 and charged with no valid driver’s license, no insurance, speeding and expired registration.

Byron Harrell, 45, 307 Murphy Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 21 and charged with retail theft.

Kimberly Neitzel, 50, 1613 Conner Ave., Lockport, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 24 and charged with soliciting without a license.

PLAINFIELD

Elbert Smith, 50, 68 Olde English Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and hit and run.

Jose Ramirez, 49, 2002 E. Washington, Joliet, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department on Nov. 20 and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Zachary Welch, 24, 1826 W. Cermak Road, Chicago, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department on Nov. 24 and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, no valid registration, no insurance and texting/cell phone use while driving.

Timothy Pomykala, 66, 16510 S. Ivy Lane, Plainfield, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department on Nov. 27 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08 and failure to yield when turning left.

James Gramm, 20, 11674 S. Liberty Lane, Plainfield, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department on Nov. 29 and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and speeding.
