Vincent L. Foster, 25, 401 N. Raynor, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 19 on charges of use of forged credit/debit card and felony theft.

Francisco J. Garcia, 27, 514 N. Hickory St., Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 19 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed and improper lane usage.

Romulus R. Marve, 29, 1107 Lilac, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 20 on charges of driving on a suspended license and a headlight violation and on a Will County warrant.

Julius L. Moffett, 54, 1507 Rickey, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 19 on charges of driving on a suspended license, no insurance, unregistered/expired registration and registration light violation and on a Will County warrant.

Nicholas R. Parini, 28, 124 SW Circle, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 19 on charges of driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle with suspended registration and no insurance.

Gabriel Yepez, 30, 1451 Sterling, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 19 on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Sylvester T. Brown, 47, 611 E. Cass St., Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with retail theft.

Alma R. Brown, 43, 66 Sonoma Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Deveonte S. Holmes, 19, 132 Fairmont Ave., Lockport, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with criminal trespass to state-supported land.

Angelo R. Starr, 21, 514 S. Des Plaines, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with criminal trespass to state-supported land.

Marshaun T. Gaston, 32, 1502 S. Ottawa, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with criminal trespass to vehicle.

Kenneth L. Crowder, 25, 1408 Eunice Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department on Nov. 19 and charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Kennedy W. Jordan, 23, 1914 Cobblestone Drive, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Nov. 19 on a charge of robbery.

Giovani Cervantes, 20, 220 Mound St., Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 6 and charged with retail theft.

Omar Suleman, 23, 469 Claire Ave., Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 6 and charged with possession of cannabis.

Mohammed Suleman, 28, 469 Claire Ave., Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 6 and charged with possession of cannabis.

Samantha Daley, 24, 1833 N. Wentworth, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department on Nov. 8 and charged with driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed and no insurance.
