Police Reports: Plainfield drive-by shooting and fatal motorcycle crash

Information from the Plainfield Police Department regarding two drive-by shootings and motorcycle fatality.

Drive-By Shooting

On Monday, April 18th, 2016 at 6:00 A.M. the Plainfield Police Department responded to the 23000 block of Arbor Creek Dr. for a report of a drive-by shooting. Upon arrival, officers determined that a vehicle had in fact driven by a residence and an unknown subject inside the vehicle fired two - three shots, striking the residence. The suspect vehicle is described as a silver Mitsubishi Endeavor SUV.

On Sunday, April 24th, 2016 at 6:25 A.M. the Plainfield Police Department again responded to the same residence in the 23000 block of Arbor Creek Dr. for a second report of a drive-by shooting. Upon arrival, officers determined that a different vehicle had in fact driven by a residence and another unknown subject inside this vehicle fired two - three shots, striking the residence. The suspect vehicle in this incident is described as a white Chevrolet Equinox SUV.

2015 Fatal Motorcycle Crash Investigation

On Tuesday, April 28th, 2015 at 12:07 A.M. the Plainfield Police Department responded to a report of a major crash on Illinois Rt. 59 at Lockport Street. Upon arrival, officers located a crash scene involving a pedestrian and a motorcyclist. Both subjects were later pronounced deceased.

After a lengthy investigation that resulted in the identification of a second motorcyclist, the case was forwarded to the Will County State’s Attorney’s office for review. Upon review, they approved the following charges on the second motorcyclist identified as:

Upon receiving approval of the above charges, the investigations division obtained the following arrest warrant for Bushar:
