Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush is proud to announce its new affiliation with Bo Jackson Elite Sports Center at 17130 Prime Blvd in Lockport.

Rush physicians will serve as orthopedic providers for the center, which includes a 94,000 square-foot athlete training facility that focuses on player development.

“It’s an honor to be named team physicians for one of the foremost athletic training centers in the country,” says Dr. Nikhil Verma, MOR sports medicine physician and Director of the Division of Sports Medicine program at Rush University Medical Center.

“The team at Bo Jackson's Elite Sports is very excited about our new partnership with Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush, an orthopedic group that provides treatment for pro-sports teams, such as the Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Fire Soccer Club,” says BJES President Jim Thompson who noted that the new affiliation will provide athletes access to top orthopedic research and educational resources.

The Lockport facility is one of the nation’s leading indoor sports training centers focusing on player development. The center is home to Cangelosi Baseball, Bo Jackson’s Football, and Bo Jackson’s Sports Leadership Centers of America.

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush offers orthopedic services that include team physicians for the Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Fire Soccer club.
