Arrests made by local law enforcement and booked in to the Will County Jail.

The following individuals were arrested by local law enforcement agencies and booked in to the Will County Jail this week.

All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jeffrehey Bell, 29, of Plainfield, arrested by Joliet Police and charged with reckless discharge of a firearm.

Demetrius Green, 31, of Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriffs for a 2015 charge of resisting an officer, also charged with two counts of domestic battery.

Waylan Marks, 30, of Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police and charged with sexual violation/dangerous/failure to report.

Jesus Mena, 23, of Romeoville, arrested by Will County Sheriffs and charged with manufacturing/delivery of cocaine.

Darius Montgomery, 24, of Joliet arrested by Joliet Police and charged with ulawful use of a weapon, possession of cannabis, and aggravated possession of 11-20 stolen firearms.

Chazare Pantojas, 24, of Lockport, arrested by Lockport Police and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Michael Parker, 27, of Romeoville, arrested by Romeoville Police and charged with child endangerment, aggravated DUI, failure to notify of address change, operating a vehicle while suspended and with expired registration, and a headlight violation.

Winfred Richter, 26, of Romeoville, arrested by Will County Sheriffs and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and cannabis.

David Taylor, 39, of Plainfield, arrested by Will County Sheriffs and charged with two counts of aggravated DUI/3.

Domanique Waters, 21, of Joliet arrested by Elwood Police on a fugitive warrant from Texas.

Demetrius McDonald, 37, of Joliet, arrested by Joliet Police and charged with fleeing/attempting to elude an officer, DUI (alcohol intoxication/compound/drug), reckless driving, obstruction of justice/induce witness, and resisting an officer.

Sandra Riley, 59, of Joliet, arrested by Will County Sheriffs and charged with theft of merchandise.
