GRIFFIN, CALVIN L, 36, of 1211 CALIFORNIA JOLIET, Illinois 60432 arrested by the JOLIET POLICE DEPARTMENT and charged with DOMESTIC BTRY/PHYSICAL CONTACT, DOMESTIC BTRY/PHYSICAL CONTACT and PAROLE VIOLATION.

PAZ, PATRICIA, 36, of 711 E WHITLEY JOLIET, Illinois 60433, arrested by LOCKPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT and charged with DRIVING RVK/SUSP DUI/SSS 2ND, DRIVING/NEVER ISSUED LICENSE, TRANSPORT OR CARRY ALCOHOLIC, LIQUOR:DRIVER, TRANSPORT OR CARRY ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR:DRIVER, OPERATE UNINSURED MOTOR VEHILCE, AGG DUI/NO VALID DL, DL EXPIRED MORE THAN A YEAR, IMPROPER PASSING ON SHOULDER, DRVG UNDER INFLU OF ALCOHOL, DRIVING ON SUSPENDED LICENSE, OBSTRUCT JUST/DESTROY EVIDENCE and TEMPORARY HOLD.

WALLER-DUENSING, LATIESHA L, 38, of 1642 FIDDYMENT ROMEOVILLE, Illinois 60446, arrested by ROMEOVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT and charged with DOMESTIC BTRY/PHYSICAL CONTACT, DOMESTIC BTRY/PHYSICAL CONTACT, AGG DOMESTIC BATTERY/STRANGLE and AGG BATTERY/GREAT BODILY HARM.

ZAMORA-RESENDIZ, JOSE L, 26, of 427 WELLINGTON BOLINGBROOK, Illinois 60440 arrested by ROMEOVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT and charged with DUI LIC SUSP OR REVOKED, TEMPORARY HOLD, FAIL TO REDUCE SPEED, UNLICENSED, OPERATE UNINSURED MOTOR VEHILCE and TRANSPORT OR CARRY ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR:DRIVER.

Bolingbrook incident and arrest report

ALTHOUGH THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH A CRIME, THE

CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND THE DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT

UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

May 12-18, 2016

19th Officers were called the 700 block of Rebecca Ln., for the report of a residential burglary. Suspect rummaged through secured room, took clothing, purse and personal paperwork between 8:00 am – 5:55 pm. Loss valued at $700. (16-2926)

19th Nickolai Oyola, 23, 253 Douglass Way, was charged with illegal screeching of tires, driving on a suspended license and no insurance, following a traffic stop on the 200 block of Northridge Ave. at 7:16 pm. (16-2929)

20th Officers responded to Sports Authority, 257 N. Weber Rd., for the report of a burglary. Unknown suspect broke store glass window, entered business at 12:54 am and took unknown items. (16-2937)

20th Officers responded to First Merit Bank, 333 Quadrangle Dr., for the report of an armed robbery. Suspect entered business at 2:04 pm, displayed a gun, demanded US currency and then ran from the bank on foot. On-going investigation. (16-2941)

20th Vernon Everett, 49, 116 E. Robinhood Way, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Rd. at 4:34 pm. (16-2943)

20th Mike Decanis, 1434 Covered Bridge Way., Joliet, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 200 block of N. Weber Rd. at 1:17 am. (16-2936)

20th Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect concealed several cans of baby formula and exited the store at 7:50 am. Loss valued at $191. (16-2947)

21st Karon McCoy, 51, 244 Karen Cir., was charged with theft, following a call to the 300 block of Lake Shore Dr. of a subject taking the victims television and phone at 10:15 am. (16-2959)

21st A wallet was taken from an unsecured vehicle parked on the 200 block of Recreation Dr. at 11:30 am. Several purchases were made on the victim’s credit cards. (16-3003)

21st Nathanael Beckley, 26, 364 Pheasant Chase Cir., was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license and improper lighting, following a traffic stop at Boughton Rd. & Pinecrest Rd. at 10:42 pm. (16-2969)

21st Jesus Estrada-Gutierrez, 40, 308 E. Downer Pl., Aurora was charged with driving too fast for conditions and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Blvd. at 5:08 am. (16-2956)

22nd Officers were called to Meijer, 755 E Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect placed several cans of baby formula and exited the store at 10:43 am. Loss valued at $442. (16-2978)

22nd Officers responded to the 100 block of Monterey Dr., for the report of a battery. Suspect punched the victim in the face, following a verbal argument at 3:02 am. (16-2974)

22nd Charles Overby, 23, 314 S. Walnut Dr., Bensenville, was charged with residential burglary on the 200 block of Roman Cir. at 4:21 am. (16-2975)

23rd Eric Bright, 35, 16351 S. George Ct., Plainfield, was charged with and in-state warrant and failure to signal, following a traffic stop at Lily Cache Ln. & Fernwood Dr. at 9:30 pm. (16-3007)

23rd Officers were called to the 500 block of E. South Frontage Rd., for the report of theft to vehicles. A fence was cut to gain entry and numerous tires were removed from several trailers between 05/20-05/23 (16-2994)

23rd Officers were called to Arena Auto Action, 200 Old Chicago Dr., for the report of criminal damage to property. A fence was damaged to gain entry to the lot between 2:00 am – 7:00 am. (16-2992)

24th Officers were called to a business on the 400 block of N. Bolingbrook Dr., for the report of a subject attempting to break the window of a vehicle. Johnathan Mosley, 24, 374 Whitewater Dr. and Pierre Jackson, 29, 729 Rebecca Ln., were charged with disorderly conduct; Moses Rogers, 21, 352 Sauk Ln., was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property at 1:41 am. 24th Glen Miller, 58, 136 Leslie Ln., was charged with an in-state warrant on the 300 block of W. Briarcliff Rd. at 10:53 am. (16-3017)

24th Two 17 year old juveniles were charged with delivery of cannabis and truancy on the 500 block of Lily Cache Ln. at 7:48 am. (16-3015)

24th Jerry Williams, 28, 1309 Lancaster Dr., Woodridge, was charged with assault and resisting a peace officer, following a call for a domestic dispute on the 300 block of S. Bolingbrook Dr. at 11:12 pm. (16-3041)

24th Sergio Perez, 24, 114 N. Ohio St., Aurora, was charged with no insurance, driving on a suspended license, hit & run, improper lane usage and driving too fast for conditions at 4:30 pm. (16-3027)

24th Officers were called to a business on the 1000 block of Windham Pkwy., for the report of a theft. Several pallets of product were taken between 05/19-05/24. Loss valued at $27,232. (16-3051)

24th A purse was taken while the victim was shopping on the 600 block of E. Boughton Rd. at 8:20 pm. (16-3036)

24th A laptop and prescription medication were taken from a vehicle parked inside a garage on the 100 block of Camelot Way sometime overnight. (16-3031)

25th Bertin Garcia, 33, 312B Woodcreek Dr., was charged with no insurance, driving on a suspended license, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, an equipment violation and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Dr. & Beaconridge Dr. at 1:35 am. (16-3044)

25th A laptop, loose change and several gift cards were taken from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 200 block of Beaver Creek Dr. sometime overnight. (16-3054)
