Local arrests made in Joliet and Bolingbrook.

10th Desiree Cannon, 25, 2710 Rudeen Ave., Rockford, was charged with an in-state warrant, following traffic stop at Camelot Way & Falconridge Way at 10:50 pm. (16-2730)

10th Officers were called to a business on the 400 block of W. Boughton Rd., for a subject rummaging through vehicles at 7:27 pm. Christopher Covelli, 23, 834 Beech Dr., was charged with criminal trespass to vehicle, resisting a peace officer and criminal damage to property. (16-2728)

10th Officers were called to Meijer, 225 N. Weber Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect placed several bottles of alcohol in a shopping cart and exited the store at 4:19 am, without rendering payment. (16-2710)

11th Officers were called to Wal-Mart, 200 S. Bolingbrook Dr., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect attempted to purchase TV’s with counterfeit currency, then ran from the store at 11:04 am once store management arrived. (16-2734)

11th A 1988 trailer was taken from a lot on the 1700 block of Remington Blvd. at 12:25 am. The merchandisae in the trailer is valued at $70,000. (16-2737)

11th Officers responded to the 400 block of Long Ln., for the report of a residential burglary. A rear window was found broken, several rooms were rummaged through. A DVD player, several movies, jewelry box, ring, pendent and US currency were taken between 5:15 pm – 10:15 pm. Loss valued at $3000. (16-2752)
