Joliet, IL - KSKJ Life St. Joseph Lodge 2 president Gregg Vershay recently presented a check for $2300 to the Rialto Square Theatre Foundation. The money was raised in cooperation with Kathy and Mike Trizna, organizers of Hopstring Fest and owners of Chicago Street Pub in downtown Joliet.
KSKJ Lodge 2 members sold pre-sale Hopstring Fest tickets and bartended at the Pabst Beer Truck, with proceeds going to the Rialto Square Theatre Foundation. “Mike and Kathy Trizna made this fundraiser nearly effortless and we are grateful they allowed us to be a part of their amazing event.”
The fifth Hopstring Fest, a celebration of craft beer and roots rock music, took place on August 20, 2016. Thousands of people attended the 12-hour festival at Silver Cross Field in downtown Joliet.
