1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped or thinly sliced
4 red bell peppers, chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced scallions
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. frozen peas, defrosted
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing, for drizzling
1 In a large trifle dish or serving vessel, layer lettuce, peppers, scallions, hardboiled eggs, cheddar, peas, and bacon. Season with pepper.
Drizzle with ranch before serving.
