JULY, JASON T., 32, of 464 MALLVIEW in BOLINGBROOK, arrested and charged with domestic battery, criminal damage to property and unlawful use of a weapon.

LOUIS, LAUREN N, 31, of 1137 CATHY in JOLIET, arrested and charged with aggravated battery in a public place and criminal damage to property.

SYMOCZKO, MICHAEL P., 29, of 3524 PEACHTREE in JOLIET, arrested and charged with violation of order of protection.

BIANCONI, FRANCESCA M., 24, of 412 N HICKORY in JOLIET, arrested and charged with Manufacture and delivery of cocaine to a school/public high school, DUI, obstructing identification, speeding, transport of alcohol, driving below the speed limit, improper traffic lane usage and driving 1-10 MPH over the limit.

WELCH, KIRSTEN K., 35, of 1621 THEODORE in JOLIET, arrested and charged with aggravated battery (nurse) and identity theft.

ABERNATHY, EMILE A., 58, of 602 S. WATER in JOLIET, arrested and charged with predatory criminal sexual assault (victim less than 13).

Bolingbrook Police Department incident report

April 6-12, 2017

3/26 Officers were called to Home Depot, 105 N Weber Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect exited the store with two shower door tracks without rendering payment. Loss valued at $535. (17-1805)

4th A bag was taken from a vehicle on the 200 block of Pacific Dr., Misc. paperwork was taken between 11:45 pm – 11:55 pm. (17-1716)

6th Officers responded to the 501 building of Preston Dr. for a fire set in a laundry room at 10:35 pm. (17-1740)

6th A wallet was taken from a secured locker on the 500 block of N. Janes Ave. between 8:00 pm – 9:45 pm. Loss valued at $180. (17-1738)

6th Alexes Perez, 20, 304C Woodcreek Dr., was charged with failure to reduce speed, disobey traffic control device, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and two counts of DUI, following a traffic stop at Boughton Rd. & I-355. at 1:26 pm. (17-1737)

7th Brian Trejo, 19, 214 Westley Ct., was charged with three in-state warrants, following a traffic stop at Boughton Rd. & Bolingbrook Dr. at 11:55 pm. (17-1757)

8th Taurus Young, 36, 851 Beech Dr., was charged with an in-state warrant, too fast for conditions and driving on a suspended license, following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Dr. & Lily Cache Ln. at 4:14 am. (17-1758)

9th Bernetta Patton, 47, 147 Grady Dr., was charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, resisting a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a call to the residence for a domestic dispute at 1:00 am. (17-1768)

10th Officers responded to the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Dr. for the report of criminal damage to property. Unknown subject scratched the driver’s side quarter panel of a vehicle parked in the lot between 8:20 pm – 9:00 pm. (17-1820)

10th A cellphone and US currency were taken from an unsecured locker on the 200 block of S. Lindsey Ln. between 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Loss valued at $300. (17-1822)
