DIMOCK, JAMES A, 21, of 1208 N MAY in JOLIET, arrested and charged with robbery.

SMITH, TREMAYNE, 21, of 124 EARL in JOLIET, arrested and charged with child endangerment, domestic battery and unlicensed speeding.

DEWITT, PHILLIP JAMES, 30, of 1701 MCDONOUGH in JOLIET, arrested and charged with robbery, battery, aggravated assault on public property and obstruction of justice.

GARGANO, MARIO, 32, of 7353 W 109TH PL in HOMER GLEN, arrested and charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .08.

RICE, MATTHEW H, 35, of 2219 W JEFFERSON in JOLIET, arrested and charged with disarm of a corrections employee, aggravated battery, assault, domestic battery and obstruction of justice.

Bolingbrook Police Department weekly incident report

Jan 5 - 11, 2017

2nd Officers responded to Menards, 290 N. Bolingbrook Dr., for the report of a retail theft. Suspects took two hammer drills from display and exited the store at 2:45 pm without rendering payment. Loss valued at $600. (17-161)

3rd Officers were called to Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect entered the store at 3:44 pm., removed a Dyson vacuum from display and exited the store without rendering payment. Loss valued at $600. (17-53)

5th A 10’ snow pusher box was removed from a Bob Cat on the 700 block of E. Boughton Rd. between 12/13-01/05. Loss valued at $9800. (17-106)

5th Officers were called to Lowe’s, 245 S. Weber Rd., for the report of a retail theft. Suspect entered the store at 9:48 am, removed a Dyson vacuum from display and exited the store without rendering payment. Loss valued at $600. (17-109)

6th Jose Arredondo, 48, 418 Devonshire Ln., was charged with battery, criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer, following a call to the parking lot on Devonshire Ln. at 10:46 pm. (17-118)

7th David Hickman, 31, 7925 Woodridge Dr., Woodridge, was charged with an in-state warrant on the 100 block of Bolingbrook Dr. at 2:34 pm. (17-127)

7th Peter Spizziri, 27, 7932 W. Berwyn St., Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to property on the 600 block of E. 107th St. at 7:35 pm. (17-133)

7th A mailbox was damaged when the suspect backed into it on Cariboo Ct. at 7:20 pm. (17-147)

8th Officers were called to the 500 block of Piccadilly Ln. for the report of a residential burglary. A basement window was found broken and several rooms were rummaged through. A watch and US currency were taken between 4:45 pm – 9:23 pm. (17-152)

8th A window was broken to a vehicle parked on the 600 block of Royce Rd. and a bag with paperwork was taken between 11:00 am – 12:02 pm. (17-142)

8th Imogene Martinez, 19, 533 Blackhawk Ln., was charged with reckless discharge of firearm and unlawful possession of firearm, following a call to the area for a bullet hole found at a nearby residence. (17-151)

8th Aaliyah Stafford, 21, 510 Racine Ln., was charged with domestic battery, following a call to the residence at 10:31 pm. (17-153)
