Chapman to lead Center for Disability Services

The Board of Directors released a statement that Randy Chapman has been named President and CEO of Center for Disability Services, formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Illinois Prairieland.
Chapman has returned to the area from Rochester, MN, where he was publisher of the Post Bulletin and Rochester Magazine. Previously, Chapman had been senior development officer at the University of St. Francis and before was publisher of the Joliet Herald-News.
“We are thrilled to welcome Randy back to the community and have him part of the CDS team,” stated Vince Portlock, CDS Board Chair. “His invaluable leadership experience, community connections and passion for helping others makes him the ideal person to lead our organization.”
