Louis Joliet launches Live 360° initiative

Over the last year, Louis Joliet Mall has been having conversations with folks in the area to decide how the mixed-use property could better serve the community’s needs and desires—beyond providing shopping, entertainment and dining.
The result is a new, unique and interactive initiative called Live 360°, which the mall launched on Saturday, Aug. 4, with a full day of experiences.
Live 360° is a well-rounded program of opportunities that provide the Joliet area with ways to connect with each other. Whether it’s table tennis or hip-hop dance, wellness initiatives or author visits, or even collaborations with nonprofit organizations that broaden our understanding and acceptance of one another, Live 360° is sure to bring the Joliet area together.
“We are incredibly excited to launch Live 360°. This is a movement to bring culture to the shopping center, where community members gather to learn and share their talents in the form of interactive classes, demonstrations, workshops and more,” said Sandy Martinez, marketing director of Louis Joliet Mall.
Live 360° is an innovative program started by Starwood Retail Partners, recognizing that—first and foremost—its properties and mixed-use centers belong to their communities. The program was recently selected by Chain Store Age magazine as one of the best retail-center experiences in the United States and also was honored with a World Retail Award for “Best Customer Experience Initiative-Mall Owners,” at the World Retail Congress conference in Madrid in April.
