National Restaurant Show at 100

The 100th edition of the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago was the largest gathering ever of food, beverage and hospitality industry professionals. With new product demonstrations from the likes of New Zealand Trade Association and the Italian Trade Agency, to Celebrity Chef demonstrations from TVs Andrew Zimmer and Gregory Gavin to the Startup Alley and Speakers like David Baker of Safehouse and Lauren Bauer of Plant Based Beverages and Premium Dairy Damone North America, the depth and breadth of the show was the largest ever. This was the place to be for anyone associated with the industry. Chicago was the epicenter of the culinary and hospitality world for this event.
