ALTHOUGH THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH A CRIME, THE CHARGE IS MERELY AN ACCUSATION AND THE DEFENDANT IS PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
20th Officers were called to Kohl’s, 1138 W. Boughton Rd. for the report of a retail theft. Suspect placed numerous clothing items in a shopping bag and exited the store at 12:36 pm without rendering payment. Loss valued at $913. (20-749)
21st Officers were called to a business on the 300 block of S. Weber Rd. for a burglary. Suspect entered an employee door and removed several purses, wallets and keys at 12:58 pm. (20-743)
21st D’mond Manns, 42, 336 Thistle Dr., was charged with an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop at Lily Cache Ln. & Plainview Dr. at 7:32 pm. (20-751)
22nd Joel Cuaya-Perez, 37, 212 Edgehill Dr., was charged with an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop at Delmar Dr. & Edgehill Dr. at 7:23 pm. (20-764)
24th Adrian Shird, 24, 48 W. 59th St., Westmont, and Shavon Thomas, 22, 3620 Verona Ct., Peoria were each charged with an in-state warrant, following a call to a business on the 100 block of Remington Blvd. at 6:27 pm. 920-792)
24th Jerry Flores, 23, 335 Kirkwood Cir. was charged with an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Dr. & Beaconridge Dr. at 1:31 am. (20-778)
24th Deanna Fishetti, 28, 136 Butternut Dr., was charged with an in-state warrant, following a traffic stop at Orchard Dr. & Butternut Dr. at 9:21 pm. (20-793)
26th Erick Obscura, 24, 229 Williamsburg Ct., Romeoville, was charged with two counts of DUI, too fast for conditions and no insurance, following a traffic crash at Rodeo Dr. & Essington Rd. at 12:15 am. (20-815)
