     The Will County Regional Spelling Bee for 2024 will be held at Lincoln-Way West High School on Thursday, March 14th, 2024, at 5pm till 8pm. There will be 32 participants in grades 6th through 8th from schools across Will County. The officials that will be judging the spelling bee are Ms. Laura Yanchick: Pronouncer, Ms. Chelsea Bowen: Head Judge/ Dictionary, Ms. Melanie Short: Judge Recorder/Round Keeper.

The sponsors for this year’s spelling bee are Regional Superintendent Dr. Lisa Caparelli-Ruff, Exxon Mobil with Mr. Pete Colarelli, Lincoln-Way Schools Superintendent Scott Tingley. Superintendent Scott Tingley & Principal Ted Robbins of Lincoln-Way West provided the High School Auditorium with assistance from Patrick Spreadbury, Fine Arts Centers Manager.  The contest will take place at Lincoln-Way West High School 21701 Gougar Rd. New Lenox, IL.
