Experience the Latest in Home Buying and Selling at Three Rivers Association of REALTORS 2024 Home Expo

Join us at the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® 2024 Home Expo, sponsored by Midland States Bank, for the latest in home buying and selling.

In partnership with the City of Joliet, the Office of the Will County Executive, and in conjunction with Fair Housing Month, Three Rivers Association of REALTORS(R) is proud to present our inaugural Home Expo sponsored by Midland States Bank! This free event is open to the public and features 50+ exhibitors focused on housing including real estate brokers, lenders and credit repair services, home builders, remodelers and contractors, landscapers, decorators, home inspectors, and non-profit organizations dedicated to helping the public attain the dream of home ownership.

The Home Expo is a 2-day event being held on Friday, April 5th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday, April 6th from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Renaissance Center, 214 N. Ottawa Street in Joliet. There will be a ribbon cutting to open the show floor at 3:00pm on Friday, April 5th to celebrate the opening of this new Joliet event.  Breakout sessions for the public begin at 4:00pm until the Expo closing time and feature topics including home repairs, home finance, credit repair, and down payment assistance. 

On Saturday, April 6th the Home Expo floor will open at 10:00am with breakout sessions similar in content to those on day 1 beginning shortly after.  Light refreshments will be served on both days.

Each day the first 100 attendees will have a chance to win $10,000! Additional door prize raffles will run throughout the event. More information can be found by visiting
