Wine of the Week-Brilla! Prosecco Rose DOC-$15.99

Published on

With its intricately etched bottle and sparkling pink label, Brilla! Prosecco Rose DOC is true gem among Italian sparkling wines. Its attention-grabbing experience is no sleight-of-hand, the magic that unfolds from the moment you pop the cork is apparent. Its delights are endless with its delicate bouquet of tea roses and fragrant acacia and its complex flavors of peaches, green apples, and lemons.

Carefully crafted under controlled conditions, the grapes are fermented with select yeasts for 8-10 days before being filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks for a second fermentation using the Martinotti-Charmat method. Once the wine has reached the required pressure levels, alcohol, and sugar content, it is cold stabilized, filtered and controlled before bottling.

Its freshness and vitality make it a perfect and lively aperitif. Present it to your guests in all its glory with a fine assortment of fresh seafood, soft cheeses and an elegant array of assorted fruit and nuts.

Prosecco Rose makes an elegant party guest that brings the magic or Italy to any event. At under $20 a bottle. Wine is better with food, drink responsibly.
