The City is seeking proposals from an experienced restauranteur or hospitality professional to establish a family-friendly business at this prime downtown location. This turn-key opportunity is strategically situated near major highways and notable landmarks such as the Slammer’s Stadium, Rialto Square Theatre, Jacob Henry Mansion, and the Will County Courthouse, making it an ideal destination for investors seeking to capitalize on an evolving market.
