Bolingbrook – Will County Judge James Harvey has dismissed the traffic citation issued to Jacqueline Traynere following her court appearance. The case involved an unfortunate accident that occurred on March 10, 2025, involving a minor on a bicycle at the intersection of Lindsay and Lily Cache.
The court’s decision was handed down on May 15, 2025.
When asked about the dismissal Ms. Traynere stated, “This has been a deeply distressing time for all involved. I extend my heartfelt thoughts to the minor and their family, wish them continued healing and nothing but the best in the future.”
Her attorney, Nick Carrescia, of Giamanco Law Partners, Ltd, indicated “Jackie is relieved by the court’s decision and the dismissal of the citation. This has been a difficult ordeal for her, and her primary concern has always been for the well-being of the minor. The incident serves as a reminder for all to exercise caution and share the road safely.
Traynere is a current member of the Will County Board and is a long-term Bolingbrook resident with a nearly perfect driving record. The law firm that represented her, Giamanco Law Partners, Ltd. is based in Bolingbrook.
