Troy Township and the Shorewood Police Department bring you this drive-thru shredding and medication disposal event on Saturday, October 4th. The event will be held at the Troy Township Community Center located at 25448 W. Seil Rd, in Shorewood from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
This FREE event is open to all Troy Township residents. Proof of residency required. Vehicles are limited to 4 grocery bags of documents to shred. This is a drive-thru event. You must stay in your vehicle. Papers and medications must be residentially generated; not an event for not-for-profits, businesses, or doctor’s offices. Onsite personnel will remove documents and medications from your vehicle for secure onsite shredding and recycling. Do not mix your medications with your papers. QUESTIONS? Call 815-744-1968.

- Needles/Sharps are NOT ACCEPTED!
This event will end promptly at 11 a.m., may end early if the shredding truck fills up, and could end early or be cancelled due to hazardous weather.
