One of America’s longest-running film festivals will stop at Lewis University’s Romeoville Campus. Mountainfilm on Tour January 31 stint in DeLaSalle Hall will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m. in the Courtyard Café, followed by film screenings in the Damian Auditorium. The films, handpicked from the Mountainfilm festival, celebrate stories of indomitable spirit and aim to inspire audiences.

All proceeds will benefit the Lewis University Annual Fund, which provides financial support for university expenses not covered by tuition.

The annual Mountainfilm festival is held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, CO. There will be a brief intermission midway through approximately two hours of film screenings, and elevator access to the theater is available. Attire for the evening is mountain casual, so dress for comfort (jeans, flannel shirts, boots, etc.)
