New Canaanland Christian Church is inviting the community to their 32nd annual Super Soul Bowl Celebration, a signature community outreach event taking place on February 8, 2026, at the church. The Super Soul Bowl recognizes and honors outstanding leaders who have made a remarkable impact and exceeded expectations within the Joliet community over the past year.

The event brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds for an inspiring day of fellowship, connection, and service. The Super Soul Bowl Celebration serves as a platform for both the New Canaanland Christian Church and its Men of Valor Ministry.  The Super Soul Bowl has over the years been a unique way of extending outreach beyond the church’s four walls, building bridges throughout the community.

“Super Soul Bowl Sunday” is more than a celebration—it’s a welcoming introduction to genuine fellowship, focusing on family unity and offering a fresh perspective on ministry.  “Those who join us for the celebration will experience the warmth of community and the joy of coming together in faith, “noted an organizer of the event.

The 2026 Super Soul Bowl Celebration will take place at the New Canaanland Church’s Land of Promise Hub, located at 225 E. Clinton Street, Joliet, IL 60432. Festivities begin with a family fellowship at 11:00 AM, Community awards and lots of gift giveaways. The men’s community watch party begins at 5:30 PM for those attendees who want to participate. The community is encouraged to come and bring their family and friends to join in this “life-changing event that continues to uplift and unite the community.”
