County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant has appointed ReShawn Howard as Director of the Will County Budget and Finance Department. She brings over 30 years of experience in government finance, corporate, consulting, and accounting to the role, including 12 years as Will County Budget Director.
Howard has served as the Budget Director since 2014, where she has overseen forward-looking financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term capital planning efforts for all county offices.
As Director, she will lead a newly unified Budget and Finance Department, merging financial planning and day-to-day operations functions.
