Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 package (12 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound shredded cooked roast beef
  • 6 slices cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon everything seasoning blend

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and horseradish. 
  3. Without separating rolls, cut the rolls in half horizontally; arrange bottom halves in a greased 13×9-in. baking dish. Spread horseradish mixture over bottom. Top with roast beef, cooked onion and cheese; replace top halves of rolls.
  4. Brush rolls with melted butter; sprinkle with seasoning. 
  5. Cover with foil; bake until cheese is melted, 20-22 minutes. Remove foil; bake until tops are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
