The Will County Regional Office of Education (ROE) is having a STEAM Fair, celebrating the power of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics in shaping the future. The event will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Joliet Junior College’s Weitendorf Agricultural Education Center.

The STEAM Fair will highlight the role of curiosity, creativity, and innovation in driving discovery and preparing students to solve the challenges of tomorrow. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with interactive presentations and explore how STEAM learning empowers the next generation.

Two sessions will be offered to accommodate participants:

Morning Session: 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Afternoon Session: 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

The event is hosted by Dr. Lisa Caparelli-Ruff, Regional Superintendent of Schools, and is open to educators, students, and community members committed to advancing STEAM education in Will County and beyond.

“Our goal is to inspire and equip future generations with the tools they need to thrive,” said Dr. Caparelli-Ruff. “By bringing together science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, we are investing in creativity and innovation that will shape tomorrow’s world.”
