The City of Joliet’s Department of Cultural Affairs & Special Events has an extensive slate of cultural programming coming to Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park and Theatre this March and April, including theater productions, the annual Poetry Festival, and the opening of registration for the Bridge to Broadway theater camp.
