Rep. Batinick Final Statement as 97th District State Representative

Published on

Prior to the final day of the 102nd General Assembly, State Representative Mark Batinick (R-Plainfield) released the following as his final statement as State Representative for Illinois’ 97th House District:

“It has been the honor of a lifetime to serve the 97th District in the House of Representatives. I spent my time in the House fighting to improve the quality of life for everyone across our great state and fight for the great people in it. Illinois is a wonderful place to call home, from boundless prairies to skyscrapers and river bluffs stretching from the shores of Lake Michigan down to Fort Defiance. And make no mistake that Illinoisans are some of the hardest working and most committed people in our nation. Thank you to all who kept the state and 97th District moving while I worked in Springfield to make life better for everyone who calls this great place home. Our future is still bright with promise within our reach.”
