My friend and former colleague, the late John R. TTW News Legislation drafted by State’s Attorney James Glasgow will help Illinois veterans by providing legal counsel on an ongoing basis to the Will County Veterans Assistance Commission at no cost to taxpayers. The legislation, signed into law in 2021, gives State’s Attorneys throughout Illinois the authority to provide legal assistance to their local Veterans Assistance Commissions.
