Joliet District 86 hosts community open houses at Gompers and Hufford Jr. High Schools
Gompers and Hufford Junior High Schools will host Open Houses on April 18, 2026, for former and current families, students, staff, and community members to tour the schools before they close in June, with the Joliet Grade Schools Foundation of Educational Excellence selling T-shirts and raffle tickets to raise money for classroom grants and student scholarships.
